This dialog allows you to specify various colors used to display the page and an image to tile across the background. The colors should be in RGB (Reg-Green-Blue) format, where the value for each color is a two-digit hexadecimal number. For example, FFFFFF would be white, 000000 would be black, FF0000 would be Red, 00FF00 would be Green, and 0000FF would be Blue.
